These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yo' Buddy's Trailer Rental website and your rental of equipment from XtraMile Services LLC, doing business as Yo' Buddy's Trailer Rental. By accessing this website or renting from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the website and our services immediately.
For the purposes of these Terms:
Yo' Buddy's Trailer Rental offers the rental of trailers to the public, available by the hour, day, week, or month. Rentals are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a refund.
A refundable deposit may be required to reserve a trailer. Deposits will be returned to you provided the trailer is returned without damage and with no equipment missing. The credit or debit card provided when the rental agreement is signed may be charged for any damages if not otherwise paid by the renter.
The renter is responsible for any damage to the trailer that occurs during the rental period.
Trailers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific trailer at any given time.
To rent a trailer, the renter must provide:
A completed trailer rental agreement is required at the time of rental. Rentals may be booked by the hour, day, week, or month, and pickup and return times are set when you book.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
XtraMile Services LLC, with Yo' Buddy's Trailer Rental as DBA, operates an SMS messaging program. By opting in and providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS notifications, alerts, and occasional marketing messages from us. Message frequency varies and will not exceed 20 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

The Service and all equipment are provided to you "as is" and "as available," with all faults and defects and without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Service or the equipment.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or to update these Terms, at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website, the Service, or the equipment. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
